Sub:        TENDER FOR PROVIDING HOUSEKEEPING AND CATERING SERVICES TO CTE HOSTEL, FEROZGUDA, BALANAGAR, HYDERABAD.

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

1.    Air India Limited, invites sealed tenders comprising technical bid and price bid separately from three/four/five star hotels or from a reputed House Keeping cum Catering contractors based at Hyderabad, to maintain the hostel at The Central Training Establishment of Air India Limited and to provide meals to the inmates as per the menu list enclosed herewith in Annexure VIII.

2.   The tender is invited on Two Bid System and it contains / comprising of:

3.  The duly completed Technical Bid together with a copy of the instructions signed in all pages  and the Price Bid should be kept in separate sealed covers and these sealed covers may be submitted in sealed master envelope super scribed with   “TENDER FOR PROVIDING  HOUSEKEEPING AND CATERING SERVICES TO CTE HOSTEL, FEROZGUDA,       BALANAGAR, HYDERABAD.TENDER No.: “HYD/CTE/HKC/2011 DATED 8/12/2011.  DUE DATE OF OPENING 4/1/2012”

 

4.     Sealed envelope containing the tenders (Technical Bid and Price bid in separate inner sealed covers) addressed to Executive Director (Training), Air India Limited, Central Training Establishment, Hyderabad and be submitted / deposited in the Tender Box placed in the Office of  Dy. General Manager (Materials Management), Air India Limited, Begumpet, Hyderabad-500016.

 

5.     Air India Limited, reserves the right to award the contract to one or more than one party.
