SEALED /CLOSED COVER – I : TECHNICAL BID To be superscribed with “TECHNICAL BID for SO11/COS/ENQ-005 due on
30.07.2010”, and must contain the Tenderer’s response as per the
requirements specified at Annexure ‘A’
to ‘D’ (Technical Bid). |

SEALED / CLOSED COVER – II ; COMMERCIAL BID To be superscribed with “COMMERCIAL BID for SO11/COS/ENQ-005 and must contain the
Tenderer’s response as per the requirements specified at Annexure ‘E’ (Commercial Bid). |

Note: 1. The two sealed / closed
covers (i.e. one sealed / closed cover for the Technical Bid, and another
sealed / closed cover for the Commercial Bid) should be further put in a sealed
/ closed Master Cover / Envelope superscribed with the SO11/COS/ENQ-005, due to be opened on 30.07.2010, along with the
name and email ID of the Tenderer’s contact person. |

2. The closing / due date for
submission of bids may be extended at any time, including after the scheduled
date of closing, at the sole discretion of NACIL |
