SUB: LIMITED TECHNO-COMMERCIAL TENDER FOR
REFURBISHMENT
OF PASSSENGER, CABIN ATTENDANTS SEATS &
FLIGHT
CREW SEATS OF AIRCRAFT VT-EVS AND VT-EVT
NACIL is inviting Limited Techno-Commercial tenders from
reputed, approved and capable repair agency for refurbishment of passenger
seats, cabin attendants seat & flight crew seat for its leased A320
Aircraft (VT –EVS / MSN No 308. & VT EVT / MSN NO 314.).The
aircraft will be sent to MAS Malaysia for carrying out 4C check and redelivery.
As per terms of lease agreement with the lessor the passenger, cabin attendants seat & flight
crew seat are to be certified as per FAA & EASA (dual release) requirements
and Burn Certificates for Upholstery /Covers /Cushions /Back Cushions &
combination tests per FAR 25.853 will
also be required.
The refurbishment of seat is required to be completed
within 20 days as total grounding of the aircraft at MRO facility will be only
30days.
Under this system, you are required to submit your Techno-Commercial
offer for evaluation & qualification of the most suitable vendor, based
on laid down eligibility criteria and your offer.

2. Annexure B - Configuration and Seat Details
3. Annexure C - Detailed work-scope
4. Annexure D - Covering letter from tenderer to NACIL for submitting offer.
5. Annexure E - Format for providing Company profile
and Technical Details. .
6. Annexure F - Format for providing Commercial Bid to NACIL offer.
7. Annexure G - Variance,if
any
You should submit your offer in a sealed envelope
containing the Techno Commercial offer duly super-scribed with the tender
reference DSD/SEATS/EVS-EVT The Last date of receipt of your bids/offers is
29July 2010. by 12:00 IST

The bids would be opened on the
same day i.e. 29July 2010..at 15:00 hrs
IST. Techno-Commercial offers would be evaluated for
qualification of vendors based on laid-down eligibility criteria and the work
will be awarded to the qualified vendor having quoted lowest rates.
