SUB: CASUAL HIRE OF CARS ON NEED BASIS AT MUMBAI.

 

 

Sealed Tenders are invited for subject job under Two Bid System as per the following documents enclosed:-

 

1. Annexure A:   Work Scope.

2. Annexure B:   Tender Terms.  

3. Annexure C:  General Terms and Conditions.

4. Annexure D:   Performa for pre-qualification bid – (Technical Bid) Part A 

4. Annexure E:   Performa for Financial bid – Part B.

 

You are requested to submit the Technical Bid Part A as per Annexure ‘C’ along with demand draft/s for EMD of Rs. 25,000/- and cost of tender form (Rs.500.00) if downloaded from internet in a sealed envelope, superscribed with remarks “TECHNICAL BID: CASUAL HIRE OF CARS ON NEED BASIS AT MUMBAI. Tender BSP:04:AMC:ENQ:17 DT 28 JUL 2010.”        

 

Financial bid – part B, as per Annexure ‘E’ is to be submitted separately in another sealed envelope super scribing “Financial Bid for CASUAL HIRE OF CARS ON NEED BASIS AT MUMBAI. Tender BSP:04:AMC:ENQ;17 DT 28 JUL 2010.”

        

Both the above envelopes must be put in a master envelope in sealed condition, clearly indicating Tender for CASUAL HIRE OF CARS ON NEED BASIS AT MUMBAI. Tender BSP:04:AMC;ENQ:17 DT 28 JUL 2010.”
