ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

This service available only in India for Holiday Packages within and ex India on AIR INDIA (IC) coded flights. You would receive the tickets and other documents required for availing hotel accommodation and associated services through courier at your doorstep.

REQUIREMENT:

The caller or the person making booking must have a credit card issued affiliated either to Master or Visa.

PROCEDURE:

• Call AIR INDIA (IC) Call Centre.
• Choose Dial - a - Package option.
• The Customer Services Representative (CSR) would attend to you and make necessary flight booking as per availability and your requirement, on time limit basis.
• There after the CSR would send a request to the hotel for accommodation.
• On receipt of information form the hotel, which normally within 24 - 48 hours, the CSR would call you back from for confirming the booking.
• On your acceptance, you would be required to read out the Credit Card number and the CVV number to make payment for your Holiday Package.
• All documents such as ticket/s, hotel booking confirmation voucher/s etc. would be couriered to you. Normally it takes between two to five days for you to get all the documents..

MODIFICATION / CANCELLATION:

Any permissibly modification or cancellation of Holiday Package bought through call centre can be done through Call Centre on Dial - a - Package option only.
