TENDER FOR MAINTENANCE AND  HOUSEKEEPING ACTIVITIES AT CENTRAL TRAINING ESTABLISHMENT, AIR INDIA LIMITED, FEROZEGUDA,  HYDERABAD  -  TENDER NO. “HYP/CTE/HK/41     DT. 19.7.2011

Amendment 1

An Earnest money deposit has been changed to 20,000(Twenty thousand only).All the other terms and condition will remain same.

Air India Limited is inviting Tenders for maintenance and house keeping of its Central Training Establishment premises located at Ferozeguda, Hyderabad  and Cabin Crew Training School Hostel located at Sir Ronald Ross Building, Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Sealed tenders are invited in two bid format  - technical bid and price bid  from reputed house keeping agencies and similar agencies having proven experience  in house keeping activities for a period of one year, tentatively from 1st September, 2011, subject to extension for another year, if found satisfactory and acceptable mutually. 

The Service Provider will be required to provide maintenance and  house keeping activities in offices,  hostels, at canteen located at our Central Training Establishment, Ferogeguda and in the Cabin Crew Training School Hostel located at Sir Ronald Ross Building,  Begumpet, Hyderabad.

Interested parties who meet the eligibility criteria listed in Annexure A may   download on Free of Cost basis the   tender documents available in the web site www.airindia.in   and use them for submission of the tender.  While submitting the completed tender form, they shall send one complete set of tender documents duly signed in every page as a token of acceptance of the scope of work  and tender terms & conditions.

The bids are being invited and evaluated in two parts consisting of :

(i)      Part A - Technical Bid 

(ii)    Part B -  Price Bid

The Part A  - Technical  bid must be accompanied with a DD for Rs. 20,000.00 (Rupees  Twenty thousand only)  drawn in favour of Air India Limited , Hyderabad towards Earnest Money Deposit (EMD). 

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF TENDER:

Envelope (i) : Part A -  Technical Bid   ( Annexure  D)   duly filled in all respects, signed and stamped together with copy of Annexure A, B, C, F, G and H signed on all pages and all the support documents   must be submitted  in a sealed envelope superscribed with the remarks “Part A -Technical Bid  - Tender for Maintenance and House keeping activities at CTE facility of Air India Limited at Ferozeguda,  Hyderabad -  Tender No. HYP/CTE/HK/41     DT. 19.7.2011 and also the name of the Tenderer with contact details

Envelope (ii) Part B -  Price bid (Annexure ' E ')  is to be submitted separately in another sealed envelope superscribing  Part B - “Price Bid- Tender for Maintenance and House keeping activities at CTE facility of Air India Limited at Ferozeguda,  Hyderabad -  Tender No. HYP/CTE/HK/41     DT. 19.7.2011 and also the name of the Tenderer with contact details

 

 

PRICE BID :-  Service Provider to ensure that any information pertaining to financial aspects should form a part of the Price Bid and not a part of the Technical Bid and in the event of non-conformity, the tender bid may stand rejected. The decision in the matter shall be at the sole discretion of the Air India Ltd.

 

Envelope (iii) Both the above sealed envelopes  i.e. envelope (i) and (ii) to be put in a master envelope – envelope (iii) in sealed condition, clearly superscribing “Tender for Maintenance and House keeping activities at CTE facility of Air India Limited at Ferozeguda,  Hyderabad -  Tender No. HYP/CTE/HK/41     DT. 19.7.2011 and also the name of the Tenderer with contact details
